DocFlow: Proposal Workflow with Word/PDF

DocFlow: Proposal Workflow with Word/PDF Generation and Approvals (FastAPI + React) Portfolio demo: a proposal workflow for a fictional consultancy. An author writes the scope and fees, a background worker generates Word and PDF documents from a versioned template, and an independent reviewer approves one exact revision. Changing an approved proposal creates a new draft, so earlier approvals and files stay in the revision history. Durable database-backed job queue with leases, retries and fencing; content and file hashes pinned to each approval. Python, FastAPI, SQLAlchemy, PostgreSQL, React/TypeScript and LibreOffice. 35 backend tests against real PostgreSQL and LibreOffice, with the full Docker workflow checked in CI. Open source.
