The challenge
Skymil Informatique runs retail, IT services and hardware sourcing at the same time. Stock, invoices, customers, finance, staff, logistics and after-sales were spread across spreadsheets, paper and separate tools, and every supplier price request was handled by hand.

What I built
A complete custom ERP and CRM, designed and developed on my own over more than six months:
Stock and inventory management
Invoicing and customer management
Finance, with dynamic margins calculated automatically on every order
Employees and HR
Logistics and supplier orders
After-sales service tracking
A supplier portal where suppliers answer price requests online
AI assistance to compare supplier offers and negotiate the best prices

Tech stack
React, TypeScript and Supabase (database, authentication, row-level security, server-side functions), built with Claude Code and Codex.
