 Review & investigation of variances with the relevant stakeholders on a monthly basis,
 Oversee the timely preparation of management accounts, month and year-end,
 Prepare, report, and present all financial, commercial, and operational KPIs to the CEO and Board,
 Overseeing overall efficient tax planning for the whole group i.e. VAT, Corp Tax, Zakat, etc.
 Ensure adherence to guidelines of VAT, Zakat, SOCPA & IFRS,
 Periodic visits to group companies in Qatar, Bahrain & Egypt,
 Liaison with group companies auditors in KSA, Qatar, Bahrain & Egypt,
 Oversee group companies’ Aging of Receivables & investigate the overdue amounts,
 Optimization of the costing activities of the ongoing projects with the consultation of relevant stakeholders.
