Review & investigation of variances with the relevant stakeholders on a monthly basis,
Oversee the timely preparation of management accounts, month and year-end,
Prepare, report, and present all financial, commercial, and operational KPIs to the CEO and Board,
Overseeing overall efficient tax planning for the whole group i.e. VAT, Corp Tax, Zakat, etc.
Ensure adherence to guidelines of VAT, Zakat, SOCPA & IFRS,
Periodic visits to group companies in Qatar, Bahrain & Egypt,
Liaison with group companies auditors in KSA, Qatar, Bahrain & Egypt,
Oversee group companies’ Aging of Receivables & investigate the overdue amounts,
Optimization of the costing activities of the ongoing projects with the consultation of relevant stakeholders.
