Tasked to replace an outdated medical insurance calculator for UNIQA Insurance group, the Brights team built a comprehensive system optimized policy analysis, comparison, and planning for insurance professionals.

We developed an advanced web application using a structured design system that unified previously segmented workflows. Our solution featured age-group consolidation algorithms, eliminating duplicate program entries, and precise calculation engines for accurate premium estimations. We also built an integrated approval workflow with direct underwriter communication and added document export functionality in both DOC and Excel formats for client-ready proposals.

The system transformed UNIQA's efficiency by speeding up decision-making with built-in approvals and reducing errors through automated calculations. Our solution eliminated external communication tools while giving insurance agents a unified interface to manage multiple proposals at once.
