DevOps Transformation and Infrastructure Automation

Spearhead a series of initiatives aimed at improving development and operational efficiency for multiple clients. This project involves: 

Leveraging Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools including Packer, Terraform, and Ansible to automate infrastructure setup and management, resulting in improved collaboration, enhanced security, and better maintainability. 

Designing and implementing Continuous Integration/Continuous Deployment (CI/CD) pipelines using GitHub Actions. This results in a 50%+ reduction in deployment time and provides developers with timely and valuable feedback. 

Integrating automated testing and deployment into the CI/CD pipelines to further improve code quality and speed up release cycles. 

Training and supporting teams in adopting these new tools and practices, facilitating a cultural shift towards a DevOps mindset.
