The CEO of a digital marketing agency in Washington, DC hired me to collaborate with their engineers on drafting Proposals #1 and #2; the first for the Postal Regulatory Commission which needed to completely restructure and brand PRC.gov and the second a USDA-sponsored US-foods brand launch in Germany. I developed the content for both reports, including the executive summary and technical capabilities.
