This is a personal spec project created to explore high-end AI commercial video workflows, focusing on product consistency and complex scene-to-scene transitions. The project centers around a 10-second cinematic commercial concept for the Massey Ferguson 7718 S tractor, utilizing a match-cut transition to bridge a macro workshop assembly sequence with full-scale agricultural performance in the field.

Key Technical Deliverables

Prompt Engineering & Camera Direction: Developed precise prompt structures defining lighting (dark industrial studio vs. natural outdoor daylight), lens behavior (extreme macro to dynamic 3/4 hero angles), and physical material accuracy (matte rubber, glossy red metal finish, bare steel, and glass).

24-Panel Production Storyboard: Designed a detailed 24-frame visual grid mapping out every scene step-by-step from individual engine and hydraulic component assembly to the tire-tread match-cut transition.

Brand Asset Consistency: Ensured strict visual identity retention across generated frames, maintaining exact vehicle proportions, silver cab roof accents, and signature red paintwork without visual drift or artifacting.

Production Process

Concept Development: Analyzed macro assembly ad structures to draft a frame-by-frame match-cut narrative.
