A B2B SaaS site rebuilt to track every lead

GeekyGrowth Studio

A B2B SaaS site rebuilt to track every lead - from first click to closed deal.

Built on a component-first Webflow site the marketing team can run themselves - with PostHog and Pipedrive tracking every step behind the scenes.

Project Overview

Our client was scaling their online presence and needed a site that read as high-authority and trustworthy, but the underlying build couldn't support the growth marketer's SEO strategy or the company's need to track leads across a full international funnel. We rebuilt the site on a component-first Mast framework, optimized page speed, and connected Webflow to PostHog and Pipedrive so every lead's journey from first visit to conversion is fully tracked.

The main limitations

Sibe had a template-based site with no dedicated Figma file behind it and no CSS framework underneath it, so building a new section meant styling everything from scratch every time. That made it slow for the growth marketer to ship the CMS-driven blog structure they needed to target SEO keywords systematically.
❌ No component system or CSS framework, so every new section required custom styling instead of reuse
❌ Page speed issues from unoptimized assets were undermining the SEO strategy the growth marketer was building
❌ No structured way to track a lead's full journey, first visit through conversion, across their PostHog, Pipedrive, and Mailchimp stack
❌ Forms weren't standardized, so connecting a new landing page to the CRM workflow required manual setup each time

From template headaches to a systematic website

CMS Architecture

The growth marketer needed to publish content and target SEO keywords systematically, not one-off blog posts.
We delivered:
✅ A complex CMS structures with automatic table of contents
✅ An embeddable tables, download buttons, and CTAs as reusable CMS elements
Building the components first meant that once we moved to Webflow, the same modular logic carried straight over: change a component once, and it updates everywhere it's used, instead of hand-fixing every instance.

Webflow Development

We converted the existing template into a Mast component-first framework, so the team could page-build different landing page types instead of designing each one from scratch.
We delivered:
✅ A Page Building support for case studies, comparison pages, and other authority-building landing page types
✅ A reusable product demo components, embeddable across landing pages
✅ A fluid responsiveness so every layout scales correctly down to mobile breakpoints
🏆The results
A website changed from "breaks when you touch it" to a structure the internal team can actually extend on their own.

Performance Optimization

Page speed was actively working against the SEO effort, so this needed to be fixed before content scale would help.
We optimized:
🚀 Font file loading
🚀 Eager loading for hero assets
🚀 Asynchronous loading for all non-essential JavaScript

Analytics & Attribution

The client needed to follow a visitor's full journey from first visit to final conversion, since the website is their main lead-generation channel internationally.
We built:
✅ A naming structure for tracking specific button clicks, integrated into PostHog
✅ A system with historical user data tied to a visitor from their first visit through registration
✅ A first-touch and last-touch attribution system connecting Webflow and PostHog, so the team knows exactly which ads a lead saw first and last before converting

CRM & Lead Automation

We standardized forms as reusable components, so marketers can drag a form onto a new landing page and have it connect to the CRM automatically.
We delivered:
✅ Webflow-to-Pipedrive integration via Make.com
✅Automatic blocking of email addresses flagged by historical spam data

Systematic, structured, and highly technical. Nicolas handled our complex integrations with ease and empowered our team to own the platform. Doing all this with clear communication along the whole project. We can now iterate and grow our web presence in-house without the usual technical debt.
