Keep the whole project portfolio in view.
Project Control connects a project office's overview with the records behind each project. Programmes, portfolio leads and departments provide a starting point; project and workstream views lead into financial detail, milestones, issues and supporting documents.

The task

Give a project office a clear route from a portfolio-level question to the people, decisions and evidence behind it.

The solution

The workspace brings portfolio filters, project drill-down, agreements, financial and asset records, milestone calendars and linked issues into one working structure. Reader, editor and owner roles keep responsibilities distinct while sharing project journals and native XLS and DOCX reports.

A connected review trail

The example follows a facade-sample issue through its responsible department, planned closure date, journal updates and supporting review document. The issue remains visibly open while the decision is pending, so the record and the next action agree.

Bureau Fast's scope

Independent portfolio adaptation of an existing construction-management system: deployment, visual integration and an isolated example workspace. The public example uses prepared project records and documents.
