I write Patent Application Expert Opinion (EO) Letters for inventors who are working with a patent attorney to apply for a patent. I myself am not an attorney. I'm an expert in software design, cloud computing, artificial intelligence, data engineering, and machine learning.

I turn this around quickly (usually 1-3 days) and have it notarized on company letterhead in PDF format. It requires that I evaluate the patent, write a letter of patent evaluation, then write an expert opinion letter. I charge $1000 for this.

From time to time I also write a very detailed Expert Opinion (EO) letter for why a person should be Granted an Einstein Visa (or other similar immigration application).

It requires that I provide the background for why I myself am an expert who can give the opinion and it requires in-depth knowledge of what the person contributed to the field of technology. I charge $750 for this.
