The Who: Yellow Brick Media for GoTyme Bank x Philippine Football Federation
The What: Program Script Writing for a Press Media Launch event.
The Asks:
✨ Write a program script for the kick-off of the collaboration between GoTyme Bank and the Philippine Football Federation (PFF).
✨Write host spiels as well as event VO scripts.
✨Follow the event flow provided by the event organizers.
✨ Incorporate "Kick-off" imagery in the script.
✨Include visual markers.
The Challenges:
✨ Accounting for the client's approval and the date of the event, the deadline to finish the script was tight.
✨ Constant changes to the event itself required constant changes to the script.
The Solution:
✨I used an existing program script template that made it easier to move chunks of script around when necessary (and it did become necessary).
✨For VO scripts, I made at least two (2) versions to fill dead air, pre- and post-event. It included event registration reminders, social media reminders, as well as event-specific reminders provided by the client.
✨As a non-sporty person, I looked up football terminology and coach pep talks so I can incorporate some of the language. I focused on the concept of "having the right teammates" as the main focus of the spiels, as this is a collaboration of two powerhouses.
✨ I was on standby during the event in case there were still revisions to be made on the day of (spoiler alert: there were).
The Conclusion:
✨ The event concluded successfully.
✨Being on standby during the event proved useful as it allowed me to amend the script as it happened.
✨Client satisfaction.

Good afternoon, everyone! My name is [Host], and it is my honor to welcome you today as GoTyme Bank kicks off a game-changing partnership with the Philippine Football Federation.
It’s not every day that we get to be part of something this significant.
After all, if there are two things that GoTyme Bank and the Philippine Football Federation have in common, it’s these: Grit and Undeniable Ambition.
You know what? Scratch that, there’s three, the third one being Excellence.
It just makes sense that we are here witnessing the collaboration of these two powerhouses.
And what better way to introduce these powerhouses than through the people who lead them?
