Lush Glow Studio – Beauty Salon Logo & Social Media Kit For this project, I designed the branding and social media kit for Lush Glow Studio, a beauty salon focused on providing a relaxing and luxurious experience. The goal was to create a visual identity that felt both vibrant and calming, reflecting the salon’s commitment to beauty, self-care, and well-being. My Role & Process I was responsible for the entire branding process, including the logo design, business card, and a set of Instagram templates to maintain brand consistency across digital and print platforms. Brand Aesthetic & Typography Colour Palette I selected a soft light grey (#F0F0F0E), deep green (#024E44), and warm pink (#F27B9B). The pink adds a playful and feminine touch, the green brings a sense of tranquility and sophistication, and the light grey serves as a neutral, elegant base. Together, these colours create a balance between fun and professionalism, making the brand approachable while still feeling high-end. Typography I carefully combined three fonts to create a distinctive yet harmonious brand identity: Velista for “LUSH” – a refined and elegant choice that gives the brand a sophisticated feel. Moglite Regular for “Glow” – adding a soft, luxurious touch to emphasize beauty and light. Montserrat Regular for “Studio” – ensuring clarity, professionalism, and modern appeal. Design Elements & Deliverables Logo Design The combination of typography and colour creates a memorable, high-end, and inviting identity. The design balances elegance and warmth, making it instantly recognizable. Social Media & Business Card I designed custom Instagram templates that allow the brand to maintain a polished and cohesive online presence. The business card complements the digital assets, ensuring that every touchpoint reinforces the brand identity. Solving the Client’s Problem Lush Glow Studio needed a consistent and professional brand presence to attract new clients and build trust in a highly competitive beauty industry. The salon wanted a brand identity that reflected its high-quality services while also feeling warm, inviting, and stylish. Before the rebranding, the studio lacked a cohesive look across its online and offline materials. This inconsistency made it difficult to establish strong brand recognition and stand out from competitors. Additionally, their existing branding did not fully capture the salon’s personality or the experience they wanted to offer their clients—one of relaxation, confidence, and self-care. Through a strategic design approach, I helped solve these challenges by: Creating a strong and recognizable visual identity – The refined typography and carefully curated colour palette convey both elegance and approachability, making the salon’s branding appealing to its target audience. Developing a cohesive brand experience across platforms – With a logo, business cards, and Instagram templates designed to work seamlessly together, the salon can now present a polished and unified image across print and digital media. Enhancing engagement on social media – The custom Instagram templates provide a visually consistent and aesthetically pleasing way to showcase the salon’s work, promotions, and client testimonials. This makes it easier to attract and retain followers while reinforcing brand recognition. Building trust and credibility – A professionally designed brand signals quality and expertise, encouraging potential clients to book services with confidence. By crafting a visually compelling, well-structured, and strategically designed brand, I helped Lush Glow Studio establish a strong presence that resonates with their audience and sets them apart from competitors. Now, every touchpoint—from their logo to their social media—reinforces their identity as a modern, stylish, and trustworthy beauty salon.
