Lipa City, Philippines Plot size: 225 sqm Total floor area: 197 sqm Here, the tropical context shaped the facade: White frames define the structure. Warm timber adds depth and rhythm. Glass and openings create lightness and views. Landscape softens the edges, blending built and natural. This balance of geometry + material + environment is what makes a house feel alive rather than static. The design was developed using 3ds Max, D5 Render, and Photoshop not only as visualization tools, but as extensions of the design process
