The project focused on building a seamless customer journey that supports ongoing lead generation, webinar attendance, follow-up, and course sales through an evergreen marketing system.

The Challenge
The client needed a reliable evergreen webinar system that could consistently educate new leads and guide them toward purchasing the program without requiring manual setup for every event.
The experience needed to feel cohesive from registration through checkout while ensuring attendees received the right emails and could easily access the replay if they missed the live session.
Solution
I built a complete webinar funnel inside Kajabi that automated the attendee experience from beginning to end.
The system includes:
