Backoffice and payment

I'm help to create payment system and integration with payment gateway, in this project I use FastAPI services with TDD.

Maintain deploy system in GCP with APP Engine and maintain the CI system with check lint and tests.

Help to construct the API layer to Financial Backoffice.
