Every ad starts with the hook. If the first 2-3 seconds don't stop the scroll, nothing else matters. We test multiple hooks per concept, swap angles, and iterate based on real performance data not gut feel.
The creative itself is built to look native to the platform. Not polished corporate video that screams "ad." I use a mix of AI-generated UGC, motion graphics, simple direct-to-camera edits, and platform-native formats that blend into the feed. No actors. No shoots. No studio overhead. Just creative that looks like it belongs on someone's For You page.
The goal isn't to make pretty ads. It's to build a predictable system! test fast, read the data, double down on winning hooks and angles, cut everything else. Rinse, repeat, scale.
