SVG Tracer Integration

I collaborated closely with GradyientAI to assist them in image generation. We worked on text-to-image and image-to-image conversions, particularly focusing on the transformation of various image formats, such as .jpg and .jpeg, into .svg files. I successfully delivered this solution using Rustler and implemented it in Rust.
