As Product Management, my goal is to build products having the main stages of Product Development Life Cycle: 1) Finding and planning the right opportunities: Creating opportunity hypothesis and validating them. Create prototypes, MVP and Product Requirements Document (PRD) 2) Design solutions: figure out feasible solutions to the problem that are identified 3) Building Solutions: Work with engineering team to build products 4) Sharing solutions: Go to market strategies and launching products 5) Assessing solutions: assess the performance of launched products
