A custom-designed Kajabi experience for modern education, built with thoughtful design, flexible components, and practical learning in mind.
FORM Academy is a self-initiated project I designed and developed to explore what a fully customized Kajabi website can look and feel like.
Built around a fictional professional education brand, the platform brings together online courses, educational content, and a clear learning experience for small business owners and independent professionals.
I wanted to move beyond standard templates and create a website that feels distinctive while making full use of Kajabi's existing infrastructure.
The Challenge
More than a standard course website
An online education business needs more than somewhere to upload lessons.
Its website must communicate the value of its courses, help visitors explore the available content, and create a consistent experience across different pages.
At the same time, the platform should be flexible enough to support new courses, resources, and future membership offerings without requiring a complete redesign.
FORM Academy was my opportunity to address these needs through custom Kajabi website design and development.
Design & Development
A distinctive visual identity
I created an editorial-inspired design system built around deep forest green, warm neutrals, refined typography, and carefully art-directed imagery.
The design balances expressive layouts with clear navigation, giving each section room to communicate its purpose without overwhelming the visitor.
From the homepage to the course presentations, every element follows the same visual direction.
A custom Kajabi experience built around practical learning.
Custom Kajabi theme development
I used Kajabi's Cornerstone theme as the foundation and extended it with custom Liquid templates, SCSS, HTML, and JavaScript.
Rather than working only within the default website editor, I developed custom sections and styling to create layouts tailored to the brand.
The work included reusable components, interactive elements, responsive layouts, and custom page experiences.
This approach combines the flexibility of custom web development with Kajabi's built-in content and course management tools.
A learning experience built around real work
FORM Academy introduces practical education in AI, automation, productivity, and digital business.
I organized the website around clear course discovery and developed an interactive section that communicates the academy's four-stage learning method.
The experience helps visitors understand not only what they can learn, but how that knowledge connects to their everyday work.

For me, this project demonstrates how custom code and thoughtful UI/UX design can extend Kajabi beyond its standard templates without replacing the platform's core functionality.
It also reflects the kind of work I enjoy: translating a business concept into a functional, carefully crafted digital product.
