This research project aims to identify Google Play store app reviews and classify them as positive, neutral, or negative using sentiment analysis techniques. Data preparation, exploratory data analysis, data preprocessing, modeling, and evaluation were the steps in using Python in Jupyter Notebook. Drew valuable insights to answer research questions about apps using data visualization by graphs and plots. The best classification model is selected by comparing it to each machine learning and deep learning model based on the classification metrics such as accuracy, precision, recall, and F1-score.
