Luxottica is an Italian eyewear conglomerate that also offers eyecare services. As a member of the development team I contributed to new features by developing new responsive UI interfaces using ReactJs, MaterialUI and styled components for customisation. I constantly collaborated with the back-end team for defining and integrating Socket.IO rooms (channels) for continuous data stream. In order to ensure code quality I wrote unit tests using Jest & React testing library. The app serves as a tool for assistants to constantly exchange patients' information with remote doctors.
