The objective of this project was to create an attention-grabbing, highly engaging commercial for a UK-based video editing service tailored specifically for real estate agents. The final video effectively highlights how the service helps agents elevate their property listings and personal brands.

- **Soundtrack Selection:** Sourced a high-quality, copyright-free music track that perfectly matched the style, rhythm, and mood of the reference track provided by the client.

- **AI Voiceover Integration:** Generated and fine-tuned a professional AI voiceover, ensuring natural pacing and clear articulation suitable for the UK audience.

- **Subtitles & Typography:** Added, timed, and styled engaging subtitles to maximize retention, making the video effective even when watched on mute.

- **Color Correction:** Performed clean, natural color correction to ensure the visuals look vibrant, professional, and visually appealing.
