Lorpen — corporate site, B2C store and B2B dealer portal

The brief
Lorpen is a Pyrenees technical-sock and thermal-wear brand. They needed one system serving two very different audiences at once. Consumers buying a single pair, and shops and distributors ordering a whole season at their own net prices.
What I built
Corporate site and B2C store. Video hero, brand storytelling, a catalogue with multi-colour galleries and per-product technical diagrams, and B2C invoicing.
B2B dealer portal. Magic-link login with roles, net prices per client, replenishment and campaign pre-orders, tiered discounts and downloadable assets.
Admin panel. Products, clients, agents, orders, seasons, discounts and reports, plus a visual editor for the public site that needs no deploy.
Catalogue pipeline. One-click sync of around 100 products straight from Google Sheets. Prices per channel and season, stock by size and colour, fibres and technical specs. No ERP, no friction.
Store locator. A world map covering more than 590 stores.
Results
First paint dropped from 3.6s to 0.5s. Accessibility went from 85 to 97 out of 100. The site runs in five languages, Spanish, English, German, French and Italian, and the full 301 migration kept the search rankings intact.
Stack
Next.js 15, React 19, TypeScript, Tailwind v4, Vercel with Blob and Neon Postgres, Auth.js and Mapbox.
