Tech-Giant-Microsoft-Hacked-by-Russian-Group-Thumbnail Design

The aim of this thumbnail project was to depict the alleged hacking of Microsoft by a Russian group of hackers. I used strong emotions on the faces of the subjects to expression or bring out the seriousness of the situation. I also did this to spike the desire of the viewer to want to get to know the entirety or truth of the story. With Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella in the foreground looking astonished upon discovering the hack, I had Putin in the background with glowing eyes and a sinister laugh to express his masterminding such an operation alongside a hacker on the right side of the thumbnail, further in the background.
