Background:

Jafnvaegi is a personal project where I explored brand identity by creating a brand from scratch. I wanted it to feel fresh and youthful. Everything from the product design, instagram strategy and logo is created by me.

I explored what a brand identity means and how to create a coherent feel. The thing I enjoyed the most with this project was putting everything togheter and see how the pieces fit togheter.

Jafnvaergi is iclandic for balance, which I also try to have in mind whilst creating. I wanted to create a calm feeling for the consumer aswell as having a appealing and inviting aura.

In the end, I am happy with the result. I think Jafnvaegi as a concept is coherent and works well togheter. The logo, the product and the instagram all have the same feel and is recognizable to the consumer.
