Tijarah (Next Gen ECommerce Platform)

Tijarah is ecommerce based platform for end to end online store deployment and management on modern cloud platform. As an innovative agile product manager of Tijarah platform I was responsible to help teams to drive the company’s long term goals and strategies in the Product Delivery function. Enabling the delivery team to achieve sprint goals, shaping agile practices, and driving efforts on productivity and creativity. Reporting to CTO, I was also responsible to induct latest technologies, to facilitate the development and delivery process, including but not limited to continuous delivery best practices, behaviour driven development, code reviews strategies and sprint planning & retrospection processes and scrum definitions. Furthermore, I regularly participated in team meetings, vendor & third party collaboration, and organised sales and engineering teams collaboration “Your Say Matter” sessions to improve the product delivery practices.
