Role and Responsibilities

Systematic Workflow Deployment: Create a dedicated project shell in Asana, design the onboarding workflow document, set up an automated Asana workflow, and train users.
Governance & Tracking: Implement a version control and governance plan, configure a tracking dashboard with defined KPIs and access to relevant tools, and complete a final document handoff upon stakeholder sign-off.

3. Project Approach and Methodology
