BnB Tobacco had a strong physical retail brand but minimal online visibility. Their Shopify store was underperforming, organic search traffic was negligible, and they had no systematic content strategy to compete in a heavily regulated, competitive industry. The goal was to build a scalable digital revenue engine that could consistently drive qualified traffic and convert at a high rate — without relying on paid advertising.

I built a three-pillar strategy combining technical SEO/AEO, Shopify automation, and AI content pipelines to create a compounding growth engine for BnB Tobacco.

Conducted a full technical SEO audit and rebuilt the site architecture to maximize crawlability and indexation.
