Chapterly is a browser based writing tool that has everything a writer needs to write, publish and monetize their story.
I worked on the AI writing assistant Chap, changes to the text editor using ProseMirror, using OpenAI's ChatGPT API, and the audience tools which allow writers to monetize their work and interact with their readers.
Chapterly's audience tools are a relatively new addition to the app that allows authors to create a fanbase and monetize it all within Chapterly's platform. I contributed in various areas of this side of the app, such as adding new commenting features, new types of posts, new file uploading features and more.

Chap is an AI assistant, a feature which allows the author to write outlines, summaries, dialogue, sensory enrichment, perform analysis and so on with the use of OpenAI's API and ChatGPT 3.5. I added several features to Chap as well as various changes and bug fixes.

Chapterly's writing tools include a text editor written using ProseMirror, which is a highly customizable text editor library. I made lots of changes and added new features here, like the smart tags feature, image captions, keyboard shortcuts and more.
