Pirate Co. is an e-commerce brand that needed a smoother shopping experience to increase sales and reduce cart abandonment. I worked on redesigning their product flow and checkout, creating a modern look with a focus on usability and performance.

Challenge

The old website had cluttered layouts and a 4-step checkout that discouraged conversions. The client needed a faster, cleaner structure that simplified product discovery and made the purchase process seamless across devices.

Outcome

I redesigned the full shopping flow, streamlined the checkout to 2 steps, simplified product cards, and added trust elements for credibility. The result was a 28% increase in conversion and a 40% reduction in checkout time within the first month.
