A non-profit organization in Austria needed help with their business strategy. The CEO needed a consultant to help identify their business goals and to map out a plan to reach their financial and growth goals for 2021.
As the business consultant I did the following;
Strategic planning session with the CEO
Conducted research into the NPO environment in Austria
Developed the goals and objective map
Created a donor funding plan for the CEO that will drive how the organization will source funding
The strategic plan provided the CEO with direction and clarity on where to focus her efforts for the greatest return.
