🎬 AI Video Prompt Optimization for UGC Ad Generation
🧠 Built a reusable prompt engine that turned structured ad scripts into realistic AI-generated video ads for TikTok/Reels.
🚀 Overview
The client had a 3-agent AI pipeline for generating image and video ads:
Agent 1 → Scraped TikTok ad data
Agent 2 → Turned that data into structured video scripts
Agent 3 → Generated video prompts
The bottleneck was Agent 3.
Prompts often produced videos that felt too scripted, inconsistent, or not native enough for short-form platforms.

🛠️ What I Built
I designed a scene-by-scene prompt-generation system that transformed Agent 2 outputs into optimized video prompts for:
✅ UGC realism
✅ Character consistency across scenes
✅ Natural delivery and speech patterns
✅ Casual TikTok/Reels-native framing
✅ Better hooks, pacing, and CTA flow
Instead of treating prompt writing as a one-off task, I created a reusable system that can later plug directly into Agent 3.
⚡ Process
1️⃣ Analyzed the bottleneck
Reviewed the existing AI pipeline and identified the quality gap in video prompt generation.
2️⃣ Built a prompt logic system
Created reusable scene-level prompt templates with consistent character, tone, framing, lighting, and actions.
3️⃣ Optimized for realism
Focused on making outputs feel less “AI-generated” and more like authentic short-form ads.
4️⃣ Tested with final video output
Generated a final UGC-style video using the system to validate prompt quality and consistency.

The final system produced a more realistic and scalable prompt workflow for AI-generated short-form ads.
