For the past 2 months, I’ve worked alongside Framer’s Customer Success team as part of the Product Specialists group, supporting real-world production builds across the platform.
My core focus has been technical problem-solving with a specialization in SEO architecture and performance optimization.
Over time, my scope has expanded into handling increasingly complex cases — moving beyond foundational support into advanced structural and architectural challenges. This includes:
• Debugging and optimizing large-scale marketing sites
• Structuring multi-layered CMS implementations
• Resolving indexing and SEO configuration issues
• Diagnosing performance bottlenecks across high-traffic builds
• Supporting enterprise clients with technically demanding requirements
This ongoing collaboration has provided deep exposure to how the product behaves under real production constraints, from migrations and large content systems to edge cases involving search engines, performance, and complex interaction layers.
The experience strengthened my ability to think beyond surface-level design and approach Framer builds from a systems and infrastructure perspective.
