Overview 🔎

⏩: Create a Self-Paced Course and Coaching progmra for new digital marketers to learn the "101's" of building an online business from scratch.
"Where we started"
During this project, I had to build a comprehensive and fluid online course and full coaching program strategy. Additionally, I developed the brand voice and design for the covers (see below) as well as other teaching material.

Problem 😟

The Clients have built a career in the digital marketing/affiliate marketing space for over 7 years. They had plenty of material, videos, workshops, webinars and testimonials of succesful students. I needed to gather all the information i could and plan out all the content for the upcoming upgrade of the Coaching program. Also, they had a team of 25 people working in different areas. I had to make sure communication flow between areas to ensure every team was focusing in the right activities and prioritize objectives

Solution 🤝

We needed a platform that could handle hosting all of the course material, as well as organizing CRM, marketing funnels, landing pages and keep organization.
For the Course material and marketing funnels i decided to use Clickfunnels
For CRM i used Go High Level
For social interaction between students and upsale funnel i used Skool
I'm very used to use multiple platforms to run my projects. I tend to automate all the processesm using Make.com
I would use GoHighLevel to create our email sequences and the bulk of our marketing outreach.
Goals: • 1: Define Course Goals and KPI's
2: Define Coaching schedule and weekly topics
3: Help creating Course Materials
4: Help manage different areas to work asynchronously towrads the same goal

Process 🛣

First step improve the communications between different areas. I set up meetings once per week to ensure all the team was on the same page and to set up weekly goals to create a backlog of activities the team would be working on

Next, was to gather all the material from previous courses, podcasts, and social media and past students results to create new assignments, lessons, and projects.
We then layered the materials into 9-Modules to build the knowledge base of students, Week-by-Week, so their "curious" became "competent” and finally "confident."
Once Goals were set and Strategy defined, creating course material was simple.

Results 🎁

After completing he modules and planning the roadmap students were going to take, I initiated the email sequence to inform the clients leads that they could begin signing-up for the coaching program and utilizing their feedback to perfect the course and increase reviews, traffic, and testimonials.
Feedback has been overwhelmingly positive and we closed over $600K in revenue in 6 months
