As an Oracle CPQ Technology Analyst, I am responsible for supporting the implementation and customization of Oracle CPQ for client Johnson Controls. In my role, I work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into functional requirements for Oracle CPQ. I am also responsible for ensuring the quality of the software, including testing and defect management. Since starting in this role in November 2021, we have successfully implemented several new features and customizations in Oracle CPQ that have improved efficiency and accuracy for the client. The examples range from updating external services certificates, credit score values, migrating quotes to a new CRM system, etc.
