I wrote this user guide blog post for Seranova a beauty and skincare brand based in Georgia

I went through their website and noticed they didn't have a blog or newsletter for newbies in the beauty world or customers who just to try new product

It was an issue because customers don't know how to use their products which confuses them and they won't get the most out of the products which would make them leave bad reviews which would reduce customer acquisition and retention

So I made research about their newest product which is the micro fusion system and wrote a user guide about it

I reached out to them about it

But I was ignored
