Development of Meal Kit Admin Portal

Designed and built a centralized admin portal to manage recipes, pricing, plans, coupons, users, and orders for a meal kit delivery platform.

Operational workflows for meal kit platforms are complex:

Recipes, plans, and pricing change frequently

Orders must stay consistent across web and mobile

Admin teams need fast, reliable tools without manual work

The challenge was to build an internal system that is powerful, intuitive, and safe to use in production.

I built a role-based admin portal that acts as the control center for the platform. It enables non-technical users to manage core business data while ensuring system-wide consistency.

The portal was designed to scale as the product and operations grow.
