Ascentra People Advisory — Modern HR Consulting Experience

A refined, credibility-first digital presence for an HR consulting firm looking to modernize how they win and retain clients. We built a site that feels as sharp and organized as the HR systems they help companies implement.

Background

Jocelyn came to me with a growing HR consultancy and an online presence that didn't reflect the caliber of work she was doing with clients. Ascentra needed a site that could do double duty: build instant credibility with prospective clients evaluating HR partners, while making the actual value of her services — compliance, culture, people operations — easy to understand at a glance.
My challenge was to translate a service that's inherently relationship-driven and consultative into a digital experience that felt trustworthy on first load, without leaning on the generic "corporate HR" visual clichés (stock photos of handshakes, blue gradients, stethoscope-style icons). The site needed to feel modern and boutique, not like a template pulled from a big-box HR software vendor.

Solution

I designed and built the site in Framer, structuring it around clarity and trust rather than flash. The goal was a clean, confident visual language — simplicity, plenty of white space, purposeful typography, and messaging that speaks directly to the pain points HR leaders and founders actually have (turnover, compliance risk, disorganized people processes) rather than vague value propositions.
Every section was built to answer a specific question a prospective client would be silently asking: What do you actually do? Who is this for? Why should I trust you with something this sensitive? The service breakdown, credibility markers, and calls to action were sequenced deliberately to move a visitor from curiosity to a booked consultation.
A numbered, alternating card layout that breaks down Ascentra's four core services into clear, scannable commitments.

Design + Structure

The site follows a linear trust-building flow: a confident hero statement, a clear breakdown of services, credibility and approach, and a low-friction path to contact. I kept the component library tight and reusable so Jocelyn can update service offerings or messaging herself without needing a developer for every change.
Design priorities:
Clarity over decoration — every visual choice serves comprehension first
Professional warmth — approachable, not sterile or corporate-generic
Fast path to conversion — clear CTAs without being pushy
A structured intake form flows into a "Why Ascentra" section, using icon-led cards to name the specific risks growing businesses face without dedicated HR support.

Outcome

The final site gives Ascentra People Advisory a digital presence that matches the quality of Jocelyn's consulting work — polished enough to hold its own in front of enterprise clients, but still personal enough to reflect a boutique practice. It's built to scale with her business, whether that means adding new service lines, case studies, or client testimonials down the line.
A confident closing statement paired with a low-friction call to action, reinforcing trust before the final ask.
