● Daily review of all time logs reports from accountants/bookkeepers
● Data Entry manual payroll in excel file for the PH team (Including deductions, leaves)
● Assist in recruiting top talents locally and abroad for team expansion.
● Helps with collecting accounts receivable based in QBO.
● Trains new hired employees for processes and system usage (Karbon, SmartVault, Excel spreadsheets, QBO access, RemotePC setups)
● Reports a daily activity report for the firm per employee on their current statuses.
● Maintains database / software leakage via RemotePC, AnyDesk
● Organize a weekly team meeting on workflow management and time management budgeting for the bookkeeping team.
● Initiate and conduct monthly and yearly performance review for bookkeepers / tax accountants for the PH team based on current KPI and utilization ratings.
