Create & Implement Organizational Design Policies

Created and Implemented a successfull Organizational Design Policy to branch off the organization into two corporations. These shared common administrative staff and purposes but assigned worker to eachother on contract basis to take advantage of accounting and taxation systems in the region. Through creative design and project management, helped the organizaiton bid successfully on municipal and state RFP's & RFQ's.
