Some songwriters say, "Leave a little room for the listener." And while we're trying to help our clients communicate their vision, we do encourage them to find a way to include their customers. Leave room, for sure. Include them, literally, if you can. We invited a young collaborator in to help us bring the story to live through video.

We told the story of a Brother Friend customer. It allowed them to demonstrate empathy and to show their sense of style as sported by the actor.
