Collaborated with various stakeholders including COO, Chief Marketing Officer, SEO adviser, and Development team to gather business requirements/specifications. Instrumental in conducting surveys, current state usability testing, utilizing analytics, and end to end research. Created personas, journey maps, affinity diagrams, and wireframes. Contributed to data visualization, presentation, and storytelling.
