Collaborate with team of six consulting on redesign of main website, with focus on checkout process and website layout for mobile platforms. Collaborated with various stakeholders including COO, Chief Marketing Officer, SEO adviser, and Development team to gather business requirements/specifications. Instrumental in conducting surveys, current state usability testing, utilizing analytics, and end to end research. Created personas, journey maps, affinity diagrams, and wireframes. Contributed to data visualization, presentation, and storytelling.
