Over the past year, we’ve seen major shifts in the way people work throughout the world. 😷 🏠 The COVID-19 pandemic closed office buildings everywhere seemingly overnight and people have had to adjust to working from home, caring for families, trying to stay healthy, and not losing their minds while doing so. Lots of companies started transitioning to remote work last year and it’s clear to see that this trend will stick around for a long time after. In speaking with my friends and other creatives in my community, I keep hearing more and more people share how much they’ve come to value having a flexible schedule, working from wherever they are, and not having to commute or go into an office every day. Even with vaccines becoming more widely available and as office buildings begin opening back up, I truly believe that people will continue wanting the flexibility and autonomy they’ve gained this past year. Companies will have to adapt to support this long-term and with that comes the growing opportunity to find work from anywhere! ✈️✨
