User Interface(UI) Design For Project Management App "Lico"

OBJECTIVE : The goal of the project was to create an intuitive and user-friendly interface that allows project managers and team members to efficiently plan, execute, and monitor projects.

BRIEF SUMMARY : "LICO" is a comprehensive project management app developed to streamline project collaboration and communication. The app's main features include task management, team collaboration, progress tracking, and reporting.

Based on the user research findings, the design team established the following objectives:

Simplicity: Create an intuitive and clutter-free interface that reduces cognitive load.

Real-time Updates: Enable users to receive instant notifications and updates on project progress.

Customizability: Provide users with the flexibility to customize their project views and layouts.
