It’s funny how I’m just realizing there’s actually way more to Contra than I expected.

It honestly feels like I just walked into a whole new world.

I initially came here looking for a place to properly showcase my work. Somewhere I could put my projects together, share what I’m working on, and maybe give people a little insight into the thinking behind the work not just throw a finished design on a page and move on.

But while exploring, I had this little EUREKA moment, sometimes, you really just need to pull back, take a step away from what you’ve been doing.

Look at things again with a fresh eye.

And that’s kind of what happened with Contra for me.

I thought I was just looking for a portfolio platform.

Turns out, there’s a whole ecosystem here for creatives to actually show the work, share the process, connect, and build.

So yeah, I’m still figuring things out around here, exploring, figuring out what I want my little corner of Contra to look like.
