Candidate Review

Dashboard

Open http://127.0.0.1:8765/dashboard.
The dashboard groups candidates into ready, revise, and block shortlists. Bucket clicks filter the candidate table. The Productization Gap Agent summarizes offer-ready and blocked candidates, ranks productization gaps, and opens candidates for the next packaging step. The skills profile summarizes detected skills and proof projects for agent analysis, the skill-gap agent turns saved opportunities into local "learn next" recommendations, the Skill Roadmap Agent ranks learn/package/watch actions by demand and fit leverage, the market-signal agent groups saved opportunities into recurring demand themes, and the Opportunity Fit Agent scores saved leads against scanned project proof. Opportunity save/import controls include source profiles for manual entries, job alerts, and market posts; the Opportunity Ingest Agent previews pasted batches before saving by showing duplicate status, route, fit/risk, profile, market themes, freelancing red flags, positive client signals, compensation/scope cues, confidence, and conservative actions such as do_not_import or review_before_import. Saved presets like job-alert LLM leads show total, active, review-needed, and stale counts before filtering recurring views and exports, with a shortcut to open the oldest review-needed lead. The trend snapshot tools filter inbox rows by skill gap, theme, or source mix before writing local Markdown/JSON reports, and the agent briefing export writes a weekly Markdown review packet that combines skills, market signals, skill gaps, productization gaps, and preset attention. The latest agent briefing can be opened directly in the export preview panel and marked reviewed in the local audit log. The action queue batches candidates by their first readiness task. Candidate details and exported Markdown briefs include a readiness checklist for the next concrete release-prep work.
Recent generated files are available in the dashboard and through GET /exports; selected export files can be previewed with GET /exports/preview.

See docs/roadmap.md for the local-first backlog and release priorities. See docs/project-completion-report.md for the current MVP completion checklist, verification commands, and post-MVP boundaries.

Safety Boundary

Market Scout may analyze, rank, draft, export, and organize review work. It must not auto-apply to jobs, scrape restricted platforms, publish listings, upload release packages, or submit external actions without human approval. The one exception is the Project Reviser (propose-revision / apply-revision), which can write into a scanned project's own files, but only through an explicit two-step propose-then-apply gate with a staleness check — see CLAUDE.md for details.
