For Retail Monster LLC, I transformed a set of static monster illustrations into a dynamic Lottie character collection. Each monster was carefully rigged and animated in After Effects, then exported to lightweight Lottie JSON for seamless integration. The animations were designed to feel expressive and fun, with playful gestures, smooth motion, and personality that matches the brand’s quirky style.

Because performance was a priority, every file was optimized to load quickly and remain crisp on both mobile and desktop.
