Riverbank Coffee - Brand Identity

Riverbank Coffee is a tranquil outdoor coffee pod located on the banks of the River Mersey and Trans Pennine Trail. They are a coffee shop with a difference, nestled amongst the woodland and wildlife, off the beaten track; serving the best coffee, refreshing cold drinks, homemade cakes, snacks & hot food for you to enjoy whilst out appreciating the local area.

For the logo and visual identity, I looked at how type can be manipulated by water and recreated this digitally. The wavy lines once again hint at the River Mersey, where the coffee pod is situated, and add depth and texture to the brand identity. The colour palette pays homage to Riverbank’s first-ever coffee pod, which was bright red, and definitely stands out from the earthy tones of the surrounding area.
