This is the form creating website

steps to install:

1)install nodejs and npm

2)open in the terminal code folder(package.json location) run code (npm install)

--ready to use--

to run the program : 1)open in the terminal code folder(index.js location) run code( node index.js)

.......server will start at port 5000 after doing this steps.......

we can acess the website in the browser at localhost:5000 or http://localhost:5000

we can login and create the forms and asnlayase the data

if you wanted the customised data visulization we can modify the code at public>cssAndJavasrript>formData>formData.js (analaysis function)
