NiC is a blockchain-based real-world asset (RWA) framework that tokenizes nickel mining concessions in Indonesia. Built on BSC Mainnet, it bridges physical commodity reserves with decentralized finance, giving global participants programmable exposure to verified nickel assets tied to the electrification megatrend.

The Challenge
Real-world asset tokenization sits at the intersection of traditional commodity markets and blockchain infrastructure. The client needed a platform that could handle reserve verification, phased tokenization of mining concessions, a multi-stage presale system, and transparent on-chain ownership, all while being accessible to both crypto-native users and traditional commodity investors.
What I Built
Presale Platform: Multi-stage token sale system with live pricing ($0.20 current stage vs $0.50 launch reference), real-time funding progress tracking, and allocation management for 10M NiC per stage
RWA Tokenization Framework: On-chain representation of physical mining concessions (7 concessions, 22,000 ha, 540M+ MT reserves) with phased onboarding starting from 3 core TMM sites
Reserve Verification System: Structured data pipeline connecting IUP OP mining permits, reserve/resource figures, and concession metadata to on-chain records
Multi-language Support: Full English interface with internationalization framework for global accessibility
Responsive Web Application: Clean, data-rich frontend displaying live price, reserves data, presale progress, and tokenization model documentation
